At HappyTails Co, our goal is to offer you top-notch products and exceptional customer support. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 30-day guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch through our Contact page.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make changes, since the order may have already entered processing. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. We don't issue refunds for items damaged through normal use or misuse. Returns made without a valid reason or outside the 30-day window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To start a return, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will approve returns before you ship the item back. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging — please include your order number and name in the package so we can process it quickly. Customers cover return shipping costs, except for items that arrive damaged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, we may take up to 10 business days to inspect the item(s). After we confirm they're in good condition, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. If you haven't received it after we've confirmed the refund, please check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times can vary.

All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars ($USD) based on the original purchase amount. Customers are responsible for any foreign currency or exchange-rate fees.

Product Concerns

We take product safety seriously and encourage customers to use our products safely and responsibly. Please follow all usage instructions and safety precautions included with your product. If you experience any discomfort while using a product, stop use immediately and contact us through our Contact page — we're happy to help.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to prevent damage in transit. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. (Cosmetic damage to outer packaging, like a dented box, with the product in good condition isn't considered damage.) If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement once eligibility is confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver every order promptly. Some delays are outside our control (couriers, customs, weather), but we've got your back: if your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we'll work with the courier to help make it right.
